Order Processing
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Please note that processing time may extend during peak sale periods or holidays.
Business Days:
Our operating days are Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Tuesday.
Domestic Shipping
Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States.
Shipping Times:
Once dispatched, shipping times range from 3-5 business days on the West Coast and 5-15 business days for other U.S. locations, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at BlissfulBeautyCandleCo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly.
Lost Packages:
For packages lost in transit, please reach out to us. We'll do our best to replace the item(s), subject to availability and specific circumstances.
Missing/Stolen Packages:
We cannot replace items that are confirmed delivered but are missing or stolen post-delivery. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location to prevent theft.
Heat Sensitivity
Our products are sensitive to heat. To prevent heat damage, especially during warmer months, we:
- Ship packages early in the week to avoid them sitting in hot warehouses or trucks over the weekend.
- Advise promptly collecting your delivered products, especially in hot weather, to maintain their integrity.
Geographic Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States and do not offer international shipping, including to Canada.
