Order Processing
- Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons and holidays.
- Operating Days: We operate from Tuesday to Saturday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Tuesday.
- Expedited Processing: If you require faster processing, please leave a note in your cart at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate, but changes to orders after confirmation are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $49 within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at BlissfulBeautyCandleCo@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to replace the item(s) based on availability and specifics of the situation.
- Missing or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that are missing or stolen after proof of delivery has been provided.
Important Shipping Notices
- Geographical Limitations: We currently ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Canada or other international destinations is not available.
- Attention to Delivered Products: Our products are sensitive and should be promptly attended to upon delivery, especially in areas with high temperatures. To maintain product integrity, please ensure your items are brought indoors or delivered to a secure location where they can be cared for immediately.
Product Sensitivity and Care
- Heat Sensitivity: Our products are heat-sensitive. Exposure to high temperatures during transit can affect their condition. While we take all necessary precautions, we recommend opening and storing your products properly upon receipt to ensure the best quality.
Returns & Exchanges
Blissful Beauty Candle Co. generally does not accept returns because we cannot resell items that have been opened or used. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers. Returns are only considered in extreme cases where an error occurred on our part. If you believe your situation warrants a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We will assess return requests on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that sale items, discontinued products, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in cases where an item is damaged upon arrival due to faults from our end or during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photographic evidence so we can arrange a replacement.
Refund Process
Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. In some cases, store credit may be issued, which will be available for use right away on any future purchases from our store. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund or store credit has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account if applicable.
