At Blissful Beauty, quality and care are everything. We craft every product using premium, cruelty-free, vegan ingredients with no parabens, no phthalates, and only clean, skin-friendly fragrances β creating blissful self-care with a darker edge.
Ordering, Payment, & Local Drop-Off
π How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favorites to the cart, and checkout through our secure system.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select digital wallets.
π Do you offer local drop-off?
Yes! Free local drop-off is available within a 20-mile radius of 91303 (Woodland Hills, CA).

Yes β orders over $49 ship free within the contiguous U.S.
π When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 2β4 business days. Delivery time is typically 3β5 business days on the West Coast, and 5β15 business days elsewhere.
π¬ What if my package is lost or stolen?
We cannot replace packages marked delivered but reported missing. We recommend shipping to a secure location to avoid theft.
Returns & Exchanges
π What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if thereβs an error on our part. Please contact us with your order details if you believe there was an issue.
Criteria for Return Consideration:

Since scent is personal, we don't accept returns based on scent preferences. However, we offer a one-time discount for future orders! Email us to claim it.

Yes β if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo so we can arrange a replacement.

We ship early in the week to prevent packages from sitting in warm conditions over the weekend.
